Easter Saturday Dinner... Grilled Salmon


The salmon on the now one year old Weber Genesis barbeque, best five hundred bucks I have ever spent in my life!


Salmon in black bean sauce, on an edge formed double layer aluminum foil tray.


Salmon, rice, asparagus, and broccoli... Mmmmm good eats.


No leftovers whatsoever! The nice thing about this grilling technique is the meat pulls away easily, leaving the skin against the aluminum foil.
